I Was Going to Be a Lawyer.
Then I spent one year inside a law firm and fell in love with the operations instead.
The Story
I walked into my first law firm job fully intending to go to law school. I was ready. I had the grades, the drive, and the plan. But something unexpected happened during that first year — I fell in love with the operational side of the business.
Not the cases. Not the courtroom. The systems. The workflows. The way a well-run back office could completely transform how attorneys practiced law. I watched brilliant lawyers struggle — not because they lacked talent, but because no one had built the infrastructure to support them.
I realized I didn't want to argue cases. I wanted to build the engine that let everyone else do their best work.
So I changed direction. I went to graduate school instead of law school. I earned my MBA in business strategy. And I spent the next 15+ years inside businesses — not advising from the outside, but in the engine room, building systems, fixing broken processes, and helping leaders scale without losing their minds.

Credentials & Experience
MBA in Business Strategy
15+ years of hands-on operational leadership
Deep specialization in professional services and law firms
Expertise: workflow optimization, SOP development, technology integration, team training, revenue operations
I understand billable hour culture. I understand client confidentiality requirements. I understand compliance pressures. I understand the unique challenge of running a firm where your top revenue generators are also the people managing the business. I'm not learning your industry on your dime.
I Turn Operational Chaos Into Systems That Scale
My methodology is built on three pillars: Efficiency, Strategy, and Growth. It's not just a tagline — it's the sequence in which sustainable growth actually happens. We stabilize first. Then we get strategic. Then we build for scale.
And I build for your independence, not my job security. The best thing I can say at the end of an engagement is: they don't need me anymore. That's a win.

Our Values

Integrity
We operate with transparency and honesty. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us directly.

Efficiency
Every process should earn its place. If it doesn't serve the firm, we replace it with one that does.

Client Focus
Your success is the only metric that matters. We measure ourselves by your results.

Independence
We build systems that run without us. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.
